Freshly buried body was brought to the crematorium, put in a car and burned: In the cycle of becoming a millionaire, such a conspiracy was hatched that the police also stumbled.

As the news spread, people started gathering around the car. As many people were there, there were questions as to where the car came from and how it got burnt on that deserted road. And who was this man who was burnt to death? *** He made a plan to become a millionaire This horrific scene, which seems to have been taken directly from a horror film, was seen on the approach road leading to Dhanpura from the road connecting Jalotra village in Vadgam taluka of Banaskantha district with Dhandha village in Palanpur taluka. There was very little movement of people in this place. The news of the body soon spread to the surrounding villages including Jalotra, Dhanpura, Mumanwas, Dhelana. As people gathered, people became curious to know who was the owner of the car and whose body was burnt inside. One of the people who had gathered informed the police. The place where the incident took place fell under the jurisdiction of Vadgam police station. As soon as the call was received, a team of Vadgam police reached the spot in a beating jeep. First of all, the police removed the people gathered around the car and secured the crime scene. Then they started a thorough investigation. The face of the half-burnt and terrifying body was completely burnt. It was very difficult for the police to find out whose body it belonged to. When the police searched the car around, to their surprise, they found a number plate. Now the police did not know whether the number plate belonged to the burnt car or not. If it belonged to the same car, then how was it possible that the whole car was burnt down and the number plate was safe? But now the identity of the owner of the car had to be ascertained from this number plate. Whether that would happen and whether this number plate was true or fake, it had also to be decided. The police inquired about the owner by sending the details of the car number to the RTO from the spot itself. Soon the police had information that the name of the owner of the car was Dalpat Singh alias Bhagwansinh Parmar (Rajput). Dalpat Singh lives in Dhelana village of Palanpur taluka. So much detail was enough for the police. The police met Dalpat Singh's brother Prakash Singh. In the conversation, Prakash Singh said that he calls his brother, but his phone is constantly switched off. The police also found that Dalpat Singh had built a new hotel named 'Kedarnath' near Patia in Dhanpura village. The police got more details from Prakash Singh and questioned the employee working at Dalpat Singh's hotel. The employees said that around 11:30 pm, Dalpat Singh passed by the side of the hotel with a steam car. From this information, the police came to know that the burnt car belonged to Dalpat Singh. On the other hand, from the information of the hotel employee, the brother suspected that the half-burnt body was that of brother Dalpat Singh. Now there was suspense for the police whether it was an accident or a murder. After Prakash Singh's statement, the police registered a case of accidental death and started an investigation. The incident, which took place near a small village, also shocked the top police officers. The then Range IG of Banaskantha district, Chirag Koradia, the then district police chief Akshayraj Makwana, sent Assistant Police Officer Suman Nala and Deputy Police Officer Dr. J. J. spoke to Gamit. Subsequently, separate teams of Vadgam police as well as the local crime branch (LCB) and Special Operations Group (SOG) of the district were formed. Dalpat Singh was buried under the debt of a loan The police investigation was based on technical analysis, human resources and CCTV. From him, the police received information that Dalpat Singh had taken a loan of a large amount from the Palanpur branch of Punjab National Bank to build the Kedarnath Hotel. Not only this, Dalpat Singh also took 2 policies from the LIC branch of Siddhpur. One policy was of 50 lakhs. While the other policy was of 13 lakhs. The policy scheme was such that if the insured person died accidentally, the heir would get double the sum insured. In this way, against the total policy of 63 lakhs, the heir would get Rs 1 crore 26 lakh. As if this was not enough, Dalpat Singh bought a Kia car by taking a loan of Rs 14 lakh 85 thousand from A.U. Small Finance in Palanpur. Now, a dirty game started in Dalpat Singh's mind. He thought that if he did not repay the loan and died, his heir would also get crores of rupees. To execute this horrific conspiracy, he decided to prove himself dead in front of the world. He thought that if someone's body was put in his car and burnt, no one would know. If it is his car, people will assume that the body is also his. As soon as it is proved that he is dead, his family will also get the insurance policy amount and he will not have to repay any loan. However, Dalpat Singh had no idea that this conspiracy would throw him into a trap from which he would never be able to get out. Greedy for money, Dalpat Singh decided to execute his plan. He told his friends about his plan. Now the question was, whose body should be kept? From where would this body be found? After days of thinking, everyone had an idea. A freshly buried body would be easily found in the crematorium. Dalpat Singh was aware that some castes also perform burial rituals around the crematorium. So Dalpat Singh decided to bring the body from the crematorium of his own village. On the night of 22-23 December, Dalpat Singh along with his friends entered the crematorium of Dhelana village and dug out the body of an unknown person. The body was placed in the driver's seat of his Esteam car. The car was brought near Mamaji's temple near Dhanpura Patia and set on fire. The forensic medical officer had clearly written in this report that traces of urine were found in the body that was found in the car. What does that mean?
