Vadodara: A 15-year-old girl died after falling from a table while drying clothes on the third floor.

Vadodara: In a tragic incident, a minor girl died on the spot after falling from a balcony on the third floor of a residential area under Jawahar Nagar police station limits in Vadodara city. The accident while drying clothes has proved to be a time for an innocent daughter. The heart-wrenching incident has sparked panic in the entire area and has caused a lot of grief in the family.

She lost her balance and fell off the table

According to the information received, the deceased has been identified as Shalu Yadav. Shalu had climbed onto a table to dry clothes on the balcony of her house. While drying her clothes, she suddenly lost her balance off the table and fell straight down from the third floor onto the road. 

Death of a minor

Shalu, who fell down from a height in a pool of blood, died on the spot due to serious injuries. After the death of her beloved daughter, the mother was devastated, due to which her health has also deteriorated in shock and she has been shifted for treatment.

The police also reached the spot

A team of Jawahar Nagar police rushed to the spot as soon as the accident was reported. Police have registered a case of accidental death and are taking legal action. The girl's body has been shifted to a government hospital for postmortem. This incident has presented a red light case for families living in multi-storey buildings, where extreme caution is essential while working in balconies or galleries.
