The network was run by a servant at a monthly salary of Rs 5,000

The police investigation has revealed the shocking modus operandi of the accused. Sefan and Avesh themselves handled the entire network from behind the scenes and hired servants at a monthly salary of only Rs 5,000 to avoid legal action. It was through these servants that the retail sale and distribution of illegal e-cigarettes in the city was carried out, so that the police could not easily reach the main accused.
