However, her complaint was not filed by the police. Now Parth's family is demanding that a police complaint of abusive rape be lodged against the girl. I used to work as a vegetable brokerage when I met that sister. She has been blackmailing me for the last 6-7 months. They used to threaten me that my brother is in the police, no one can snatch my money. I took this step after getting fed up with all this mental torture and blackmailing. 'Even though I was not conscious, the police took away my statement' I was not conscious when the police came to the hospital to take my statement. Yet they took away my statement. I want to give a statement again. I have never cast a bad eye on any woman and I have been falsely accused. I also informed my wife about this and she went to the police station, but did not take an FIR. 'That girl is constantly harassing my husband and demanding money' Parth's wife said, "The girl has been mentally harassing my husband and constantly demanding money. Not only this, he has harassed all the men in our house by calling them and telling everyone bad things about us that we run a gang and use money by collecting money from people. However, in reality there is nothing like that. The truth is that my husband is a vegetable vendor and was contacted in connection with it, for which he is demanding money. My husband has not done anything wrong to her. Fed up with the constant mental pressure of the girl, my husband committed suicide by overdosing on medicines. We came to know about this on September 21. We had to be admitted to the ICU as the situation became serious. However, she has not kept calm and has been demanding fake money and has received continuous phone messages and threats till September 24 before a complaint was lodged in Rajkot on September 25. She threatens to kill her brother through his brother, who is in the police. 'Our FIR was refused' Even now, my husband is in the ICU. After September 21, he has been on dialysis continuously for a day, his kidneys and lungs have been affected and his urine is not passing. We filed an application with the police on Sunday regarding the suicide attempt, but despite making a representation to the police station and the police commissioner, our FIR was refused on the grounds that the opposite party had filed an FIR. Right now, our family is in a big crisis. Everyone in the house is sick. My father-in-law has diabetes and my mother-in-law has undergone surgery on her arms, legs and waist. I am running to the hospital and everywhere alone, leaving my younger daughter in fever. Our demand is that our FIR be registered or the woman withdraws her false case so that she stops ruining the life of this little girl. 'She has been after my husband since March' She has been after my husband since March. She has blackmailed my husband a lot. She has taken handbags, clothes and money from my husband for the money she was supposed to transfer her sister's house. She has done all the work in her house, bought some jewellery and has spent a lot of other expenses. She has also ordered online from a cosmetic company. 'Blackmailed her and deposited a fake cheque of Rs 7.40 lakh in the bank' Even after spending so much, she is not satisfied, so she has blackmailed my husband and deposited a fake cheque of Rs 7,40,000 in the bank and even after the 'stop payment' she is asking for the money back. My husband has never done anything wrong to her, because he has never met her alone. Even if they have met, they have met only in a public place where they used to work together in the event. Because if they meet alone, my husband will tell me everything, if he says that he was raped in March, then it is the month of September. After so much or the mischief has taken place, why should a person sit idle till September? He should leave immediately. So whatever it is doing, it is only to trap us people. In her complaint, the girl said that the family had created a profile on a matrimonial site four years ago for marriage, on which Parth's request was received a year ago. Parth said that he was unmarried, a partner in the business of building construction in Park Fresh Cold Storage and Park Space Group. The girl clarified that she belonged to a Scheduled Caste community, and Parth assured the family that there was no caste barrier. After that, he would often come to Rajkot and take her to Ahmedabad in a car when the shooting was happening. On March 21, after the completion of the shoot, he took her to the 'Lord's Echo Inn' hotel in Shapar, where he promised to get married and had a physical relationship. After that, the girl went to Parth Vapi on August 11 and promised to marry her parents there as well. "Today we are going to get married," he said, taking the girl with him to Vadodara. There, he made a marriage affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs 100 and sent a marriage certificate on WhatsApp saying, "Let's get married now, then we will have a social marriage with great fanfare", which is suspected to be bogus. Under the guise of this affidavit, the accused had been having physical relations with the girl at different places and also took photos and videos of her personal moments. When the girl insisted on fixing a formal wedding date as per social customs, the accused repeatedly started making excuses. Eventually, Parth changed colour and said, "It is not acceptable for my family to have a daughter from a Scheduled Caste in their house." The girl contacted the accused's father Vijaybhai, who also disconnected the phone saying "Parth is admitted to the ICU, don't call here anymore". "If the police lodge a complaint, I will make the photos and videos of your and my personal moments viral," he said.
