Neighbours also heard the sound of a fight but after a few minutes the sound of the quarrel suddenly subsided. Divyaniben came running out and told the neighbours that her husband had fallen from the stairs. Deepakbhai's relatives were also informed but before that Deepakbhai died. The body was shifted to the hospital. The hospital staff informed the police after seeing injury marks on the body and sent the body to Ahmedabad Civil Hospital for post-mortem. Now read on... The neighbours also heard the same thing, but the police did not accept this theory from the beginning and it was difficult for the police to take any action without evidence. Uday and Divyaniben were frightened because the man who had been alive just a few moments ago had come face to face in a dead state. Neither of them knew what to do now. That's where the criminal-minded move began. Together, the mother and son decided to fabricate the story of Deepakbhai's death after falling down the stairs. To avoid suspicion, the duo took Deepakbhai's body to the stairs and pushed him from there. After a few moments, Divyaniben ran out of the house and pretended that her husband had fallen down the stairs. Every step was well thought out to make the whole incident look like an accident. The mother and son were so clever that they knew that the sound was recorded in the CCTV installed outside the house, so they deleted the CCTV recording of that time. The police produced the duo before the court and obtained their 2-day remand and undertook the process of collecting circumstantial evidence.
