Vadodara: The city and district of Vadodara continued to remain cloudy even today. Torrential rains lashed the city this afternoon leading to waterlogging. As much as two-and-a-half inches of rain fell in the city from this morning till 6 pm. With this, an orange alert has been issued in Vadodara.
According to the flood control room, Vadodara received only 1.25 inches of rain between 2 pm and 4 pm, with 60 mm rainfall from 6 am to 6 pm, taking the season's total rainfall to 377 mm in Vadodara.
