Zoho makes a big bet, launches Artatai's business version

Meanwhile, Zoho has launched the business version of its Made in India messaging platform Arattai i.e. Arattai for Business.

In the Indian market, it is being seen as a strong and desi alternative to WhatsApp. Due to which the competition in the communication market has become very interesting. This new app of Zoho has been completely designed keeping in mind the needs of the country. Which will make the distance between business and customers very easy.

Arattai for Business aims to make it easier to chat between companies and their customers. Zoho said that the app is now available for use and businesses can send messages to customers with it. Sending important updates and service-related messages is part of any company's daily work. The new app allows Arattai to be used for business purposes as well.
With this, the company has also launched the Arattai Business Platform. Through this, companies can connect their existing software and automation systems to Arattai. This can reduce the need to go to different systems to send messages to the customer.
However, the complete information about what features are in the app and which plans will be available for business has not been revealed yet. Therefore, before using it, companies should see the features and plans available according to their needs.

Platform for Government Services Free
Zoho has informed that the Arattai Business Platform will be free for government departments and institutions providing services to the people. Sridhar Vembu gave the example of services like railways. The company is currently working on connecting these departments with Arattai. That is, this facility has not started in every department since the announcement. The date of when and in which services it will be launched has not been told yet.
If this facility starts, then government departments will be able to use this platform to send messages to the people. Healthcare and education institutions will also get the facility to send 10 lakh messages free of cost every month. Right now the company has stated this free limit for every month. If an institution sends more than 10 lakh messages, then how much charge will be charged on it has not been given yet.

WhatsApp Business will get a bump?
Arattai for Business has been launched at such a time. When Meta has changed the prices of some important messages of WhatsApp Business. According to the report, from October 1, companies will have to pay for some messages that give information about the confirmation of the order or delivery. In such a situation, Arattai's free message option can be useful for government departments and some institutions.
