Ahmedabad plane crash: Damaged BJ Medical College hostels vacated for probe; students shifted to alternative accommodation

Following the Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad, BJ Medical College hostels with structural damage are being vacated for investigation, displacing 159 medical students and resident doctors who have been rehoused. The AI-171 crash claimed 274 lives, including residents of the college campus, after the Dreamliner failed to gain altitude and crashed shortly after takeoff.
