The "Developed Krishi Sankalp Abhiyaan" has been launched in coordination with Krishi Vigyan Kendras in all districts of the country from May 29, 2025 in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India and Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi. In 46 different villages of Bhavnagar district, farmers are being directly interacted with in their villages and they are being recommended useful agricultural experts, techniques and innovations for the upcoming kharif season. Under this campaign, which will continue till June 12, 2025, till date, in a total of 46 villages of Umrala, Vallabhipur, Bhavnagar, Sehore, Ghogha, Talaja and Mahuva talukas, farmers and farm women have been given activities such as Kisan Goshti, Agricultural Information Exhibition, Agricultural Literature Distribution, natural farming, saline land improvement, maintenance of soil fertility, new varieties of various crops.
