A Gujarat High Court judge asked an IIT-Gandhinagar student to leave the courtroom due to her attire while hearing her petition against a semester-long suspension for alleged indiscipline. The student was challenging her suspension, imposed for alleged rude behavior and threatening language towards staff. The court considered her jeans and shirt improper for the temple of justice.
