The Dungra police have arrested four persons, including a minor, with a quantity of illegal ganja from Lavachha area of Nanapondha taluka of Valsad district. During the raids, four persons were arrested for possessing and selling marijuana without a pass-permit and a minor who was in conflict with the law. The police seized Rs. 2.095 kg ganja valued at Rs 1.04 lakh, seized from Rs 1.04 lakh. Three mobile phones worth Rs 15,000. A weighing fork of Rs 500, including transparent plastic bags and staplers, a total of Rs 500 has been seized. Goods worth Rs 1.20 lakh have been seized. A case has been registered against the arrested accused under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(b), 29 of the NDPS Act-1985 and Section 78 of the Juvenile Justice and Protection Act-2015 at Dungra police station. The arrested accused have been identified as Adityakumar Rajuprasad Chandravanshi (21, r/o Nanapondha, G. Valsad, née Bihar), Ankit Gajrajdev Ramdulare Pal (25, r/o Lavachha, G. Valsad, née Uttar Pradesh), Avjit Kumar Ranjit Pyare Yadav (20, r/o Nanapondha, G. Valsad, née Bihar) and a girl girl who was in a legal battle.
