Isudan Gadhvi hits out at BJP over Chaitar Vasava's arrest, says BJP hates tribal community

Rajkot: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) state president Isudan Gadhvi held a press conference in Rajkot, in which he launched a scathing attack on the BJP over the arrest of MLA Chaitar Vasava. Gadhvi said the BJP was rattled by Gopal Italia's victory in Visavadar and the police were working at his behest. He asserted that Chaitar Vasava has Gopal Italia as his lawyer and the BJP hates the tribal community.

Gadhvi alleged that Chaitar Vasava was constantly exposing scams, especially the MNREGA scam that exposed it, was hurting the BJP, and a conspiracy was being hatched against him. He questioned what < would be the condition of an ordinary tribal person if an MLA was wrongly arrested and his complaint was not taken up>

Section 144 imposed after the arrest of Chaitar Vasava

Narmada. Section 144 has been imposed to maintain law and order. Earlier, Chaitar Vasava was arrested for allegedly slapping the taluka panchayat president. A case was registered against Chaitar Vasava late at night. Chaitar Vasava will be produced before the court later this afternoon. A team of SRP has been deployed outside the LCB office

It is noteworthy that during the coordination meeting of ATVT held at Dediapada provincial office in Narmada district, there was a heated argument between MLA Chaitar Vasava and taluka panchayat president Sanjay Vasava and the matter reached the police after an alleged quarrel. Following this, the police swung into action and arrested Chaitar Vasava and launched a probe into the matter. In the meeting, Chaitar Vasava questioned the inclusion of six members, including industrialist Akshay Jain, in the committee and the approval of their works

However, taluka panchayat president Sanjay Vasava said, "These are the members of the committee, we have decided. Their work will be done and meetings will also be held. There was a heated exchange of words between the two sides over the issue which allegedly led to a scuffle

MLA Chaitar's supporters and the party's state president Ishudan Gadhvi alleged that He was beaten up, but still the police did not listen to his complaint and filed a complaint against him.
