Ahmedabad: A youth committed suicide by hanging himself from a crane on the 32nd floor of the under-construction Tremont Edlip building opposite Nirma University on SG Highway in Ahmedabad. The body was found hanging from late night till morning. Neighbours said the youth was found hanging even when we reached here at eight in the morning. The body has now been exhumed. The deceased has been identified as 22-year-old Pritam Singh. The youth had been operating a crane at the site for some time now. Sola police station PI KN Bhukan said the team reached after receiving a message that a person's body was hanging. It will be investigated as to why the youth committed suicide.
