The accident took place on the Somnath National Highway near Trapaj village in Talaja taluka. A youth from Bhalar village was tragically killed in the accident. The incident took place at night near Reliance Petrol Pump near Trapaj on the Somnath National Highway from Talaja to Bhavnagar. The bike was hit by an unknown vehicle due to which the bike rider was seriously injured. After the accident, the injured youth was rushed to Talaja Hospital by 108 ambulance doctor Baldevbhai and pilot Pintubhai. However, the doctor on duty examined the young man and declared him dead. The deceased youth was a resident of Bhalar village. According to locals, he was the only son of his parents and has three sisters. The sudden death of the young man has sent shockwaves across the diocese.
