Crime Branch's Rath Yatra route with CP patrolling: AMC office-bearers-temple trustee also inspected, police-AMC personnel will be present at the dangerous building

The 149th Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath will start on July 16. The Ahmedabad city police and municipal corporation administration are making preparations to ensure that the Rath Yatra can be held in a peaceful atmosphere and devotees can have darshan properly. While the BJP leaders took rounds of roads, dangerous houses and small and big arrangements on the route and gave instructions on preparations. The Ahmedabad city crime branch conducted foot patrols on the Rath Yatra route. It was called the Communal Ekta Yatra. Led by Commissioner of Police Anupam Singh Gehlot, Crime Branch JCP Sharad Singhal, DCP Ajit Rajian as well as teams including SOG and Cyber Crime Branch patrolled the area. Citizens have been appealed to follow the instructions of the police and successfully complete the Rath Yatra with the cooperation of the police and the public. Municipal corporation officials and temple trustees inspected the route Preparations are also being made by the administration for the Rath Yatra. The entire route was jointly inspected by all the office bearers including the Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Standing Committee Chairman and the temple trustees. This year, all the works including dilapidated houses, repair of roads and trimming of trees on the route of Rath Yatra have been completed well in advance so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience during the Rath Yatra. Corporation team will be present with police arrangements: Mayor Mayor Hitesh Barot said that the route of the 149th Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath, which will start on May 16, was inspected today under the leadership of Jagannath Temple Trustee, Deputy Mayor, Chairman and MLA Kaushik Bhai. Like every year, the corporation has planned in advance this year, in which all the dilapidated buildings on the route have been given notices and the parts that were to be removed have been removed and green covers or sheets have been put up there for safety. Apart from this, large trees will be inspected and trimmed so that the chariot or the devotees are not disturbed. A team of the corporation will also be present there along with the police force to prevent people from gathering at such dilapidated houses on the day of the Rath Yatra. No fault found at any place: Temple trustee Mahendra Jha, trustee of Jamalpur Jagannath Temple, said, "The corporation and the police department have done a commendable job for the Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath. The entire route from Jamalpur temple to Bhagwan's Mosal Saraspur Ranchhodji temple was inspected, in which no such fault was found at any place. This time all the work has already been completed by the system, which we are very happy about. The corporation and the police have done a good job.
