In Jamnagar, as 12 different demands, including a hike in the salary of an anganwadi worker, were not accepted for a long time, the anganwadi workers sisters have completely stopped online work and are doing offline work. Offline operations will also be stopped in the coming days. The High Court had ordered a hike in the salaries of anganwadi workers and helper sisters across Gujarat. Even after a year, the salary has not been increased. On the other hand, if there is pressure for online work, then mobile phones are not provided. However, in addition to the online Poshan Tracker, work on Poshan Sangam and AVT App is being urged. There are 14 demands made by the anganwadi sisters including a salary hike. But as it was not accepted, like the rest of the state, the anganwadi sisters in Jamnagar have stopped online work and offline work is being done. If the demands are not met, they have threatened to stage a fierce protest by stopping offline operations in the coming days.
