A dumper driver broke an iron angle installed near Kasak circle in Bharuch to restrict the entry of heavy vehicles. The incident led to a massive traffic jam in the early hours of the morning. Earlier, many big vehicles were stuck in Kasak Garnala causing frequent traffic problems. To solve this problem, an iron angle was installed by MLA Ramesh Mistry a few days ago to prevent the entry of heavy vehicles. Early this morning, a dumper driver drove a dumper at high speed and hit the angle. The collision was so intense that the iron angle broke and got stuck in the dumper due to which the dumper came to a halt on the spot. The accident led to long queues of vehicles on the road and widespread traffic jams. The sound of the clashes was so loud that people from nearby residential areas rushed out of their houses in panic. As soon as the incident was reported, the C-Division police immediately reached the spot. Police restored traffic order and initiated legal action against the dumper driver.
