Bhavesh Jaglan says AIR 128 in UPSC, faces failure is the key to success

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Final Result 2025 was declared on Friday. A total of 958 candidates qualified for various services. In which 34 candidates of SPIPA have succeeded in winning. More Gujarati candidates have qualified for the UPSC exam this year than last year. This year, 82 candidates of SPIPA who underwent training in Ahmedabad appeared for the UPSC exam. A total of 34 candidates have qualified for the UPSC. However, last year, 27 candidates from SPIPA qualified for the UPSC. As a result, the number of candidates who will qualify this year has increased compared to last year. Vadodara's Bhavesh Jaglan has secured 128 and Om Patel has secured 830 All India Rank. After failing in three attempts, success was achieved in the fourth attempt, preparation should be made without conceding defeat My UPSC journey began in the year 2022. However, that was my first attempt. In which I failed the prelim exam. Then I took the exam again in 2023 and could not pass the main. Where am I falling backwards? Although I took the exam again in 2024, I got to learn from it as my name was not on the list after the interview. How is a group discussion necessary? After that, I took the exam again in the fourth exam year 2025 and my All India rank was 128. Each of these years I have learnt that in order to succeed you must first face failure that will test your patience. If you lose, you won't be able to move forward. Therefore, one should be patient and do not give up and keep trying.
