With this, the worldwide collection has reached 1435 crore and the Indian collection has become 1077 crore. Dhurandhar became the second highest-grossing film in Bollywood with a collection of Rs 1435 crore. It broke its previous record, but still lags behind Aamir Khan's Dangal (2200 crores). A major chunk of Dangal's earnings came from China, where it earned around Rs 1300 crore, while in India it earned Rs 535 crore. With Rs 1435 crore, Dhurandhar 2 has become the fourth highest-grossing film in India across all languages. It has surpassed RRR and earlier parts, Dhurandhar, while Dangal, Pushpa-2 and Baahubali-2 are still ahead. With these figures, Aditya Dhar, the director of Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar 2, has become the only director in Bollywood to have given two films that have earned more than Rs 1000 crore. His predecessor, S.S. Rajamouli has also made two 1000 crore grossing films like Baahubali and Baahubali 2.
