District collector Anand Patel reached the Rapar mamlatdar office on Friday. Here he was accompanied by Provincial Officer Jyotiben Gohel, In-charge Mamlatdar B.K. He held a meeting with officials including Konrat, water supply department, PGVCL. He gave strict instructions to water supply officials about water scarcity during monsoon. He also urged for an immediate solution to the issue of power outages. Details were also obtained from officials on queries from other departments. The union employees had reached the circuit house for a proposal for the loss of the teacher and early release of the knowledge assistant. But the presentation could not be made as the collector had left on time.
