Complaint: Driver attacked for asking for salary, complaint against four

In a shocking incident, a driver was attacked with an iron pipe near Madhur Dairy in Gandhinagar. He was rushed to Gandhinagar and then to the Civil Hospital in Ahmedabad for treatment after four people injured him on his body parts including his head. A police probe has been launched to take action against four persons in the matter. Vikramsinh Bhikhubha Zala, a resident of Raisan area of Gandhinagar, had been running a milk icer for an agency associated with Madhur Dairy in Sector-25 GIDC for the last one and a half years. He quit his job a few days ago and later went to the dairy to collect his pending salary. According to Vikram Singh, his salary was due for 40 days. Yashpal Singh, who was in charge of the administration after asking for money, refused to give the money and was provoked by abusing him. Later, Yashpal Singh, his brother Nirmal Singh, Yashpal Singh's father and the tea kettle owner Darbar were stopped near the tea kettle outside the dairy. During this time, a man came with an iron pipe and beat him on his hands, legs and back and said words like "I want to kill him today". As the fight escalated, people gathered and Vikram Singh was rescued from further beatings when the emergency police service arrived. He was taken to the Government Civil Hospital in Gandhinagar, where he underwent a CT scan and was referred to Ahmedabad Civil Hospital for further investigation. He was discharged after treatment. The driver was attacked when he went to ask for his rightful money.
