Gujarat Police Recruitment Board has conducted the recruitment process for a total of 950 posts of various cadres. According to the board, the recruitment process is underway for 172 posts of PSI (Wireless), 698 posts of Technical Operator, 35 posts of PSI (Motor Transport) and 45 posts of Head Constable Driver (Grade-I). The written examination for this recruitment will be held on 23rd August, 2026 at Ahmedabad. Candidates can download the call letter from OJAS website from 2 pm onwards on 17th August, 2026. The board has made important arrangements for the candidates who have applied for the recruitment of both PSI (Motor Transport) and Head Constable Driver (Grade-1). Such candidates will be able to appear in both the examinations at the same examination centre (school). The list of applicants for both the recruitments has been put up on the website
The list of candidates with the same details in the online application under both the advertisements has been placed on the website of the Gujarat Police Recruitment Board. Candidates can check whether their name is on the list or not. In case a candidate has applied online for both the advertisements, but his/her name does not figure in the list, he should submit the bid till 5 PM on August 10, 2026, at Bungalow No. A written representation along with a copy of the application will have to be made to the office of the Gujarat Police Recruitment Board at G-12. The board has made it clear that representations received after the due date and time or through any other means will not be accepted.
