Two accused arrested in Jamnagar youth murder: City 'C' division police solved the mystery within a few hours, a man who went to take buttermilk broke down with a weapon

Karan Jayantibhai Vaghela was stabbed to death in Rohidas Chowk area near Kritiwadi Farm in Jamnagar on Friday night. The city 'C' division police solved the mystery of the case within a few hours and arrested the two accused. The police have arrested Yash alias Jino Sureshbhai Varan (21, resident of Indira Colony, Jamnagar) and his accomplice Chirag Sureshbhai Jadhav (23, resident of Indiranagar, Jamnagar) in connection with the case. Preliminary police investigation revealed that the deceased Karan Vaghela and the main accused Yash alias Jino had an altercation over a minor issue earlier. The accused hatched a conspiracy to kill Karan. On the night of the incident, when Karan went to the shop to buy buttermilk, the two accused attacked him with a knife. Karan succumbed to his injuries during treatment. After the incident, the city 'C' division police immediately started an investigation. Based on CCTV footage, technical information and local inputs, the police have traced the two accused and arrested them. The police are currently interrogating both the accused. Further investigations are underway to ascertain if any other person was involved in the murder as well as all the circumstances of the incident.
