Facilities developed: Mini Sports Complex in Ghuma and swimming pool will be built in Chandlodia

Ahmedabad has filed a claim for the 2036 Olympics. Muni. Facilities including swimming pools, sports complexes are being developed in different areas of the city. A mini sports complex will be built at a cost of Rs 42 crore in Ghuma. A swimming pool with a gymnasium will be built at a cost of Rs 8.89 crore in Vande Mataram area of Chandlodia ward. Muni. Swimming pools are being built but there are not enough coaches to run the swimming. So in the end, the believers will be allowed to run. Development of various sports activity facilities and infrastructure for the Olympics in Ahmedabad has been started. Mini sports complexes are being built in different areas of the city. A tender was floated to construct a mini sports complex with swimming pool facility in the huge plot received by the municipal corporation under the TP scheme in Ghuma area of south west zone. In which the tender of Rs 41.92 crore of the contractor named Malani Construction has been accepted and presented before the road committee to be held on Monday. Apart from this, a large number of people live in Vande Mataram area in Chandlodia ward. However, there is no sports facility. In order to create sports facilities in the area, the locals, including the local corporator, proposed to build a swimming pool and a gymnasium. Now the building project department of the municipal corporation has placed a proposal to build a swimming pool and gymnasium before the road committee. A proposal has been submitted to give a tender of Rs 8.89 crore to the Parejia project.
