Hindu girl raped by shop owner in Navsari: Mohammed Parvez raped in flat, raped 3 times on Dandi beach, took Activa in the name of victim

A Hindu girl who was sewing at 'Zainab Fashion' in Navsari's Sattapir area was spotted by a shop owner. The shocking incident has come to light that the accused repeatedly raped the victim. The victim lodged a complaint at Navsari Town police station and the police registered a case against the accused and launched a manhunt to nab him. The accused allegedly lured the girl to his flat in his flat. She was also raped 3 times in the bushes on the beach of Dandi. The victim quit her job and lodged a complaint. The accused used to buy and use Activa in the name of the victim. Called to the flat on the pretext of cooking food According to the police complaint, the victim was working at a tailoring shop named 'Zainab Fashion' in Sattapir about 3 years ago. The owner of the shop, Mohammed Parvez Lalbabu Alam (Ansari), used to harass the victim by making calls and messages on her mobile phone, against which the girl also protested. Meanwhile, in January 2024, the accused, Mohammed Parvez, called the girl to his house to cook food on the pretext that his estranged wife had injured her hand. Believing the seth, the girl went to her flat located at 'Noor Manzil Apartments' in Mota Bazaar area. Sexual intercourse against her will The victim was doing housework and cooking at the flat when accused Mohammed Parvez suddenly grabbed her hand. Despite the girl's resistance, the accused forcibly dragged her into the bedroom and raped her against her will. Even after the incident, the girl had to continue in her job due to pending salary and financial compulsion. Frequent rape on the beach in Dandi About 2 months after the incident, i.e. in March 2024, accused Mohammed Parvez took the victim to Dandi beach in Jalalpur taluka on his Activa on the pretext of sewing work. There, the accused forcibly had sex with the girl 2 to 3 times after taking her to a bushy area. Economic exploitation and slap The accused had purchased an Activa moped in the name of the victim, the instalments of which are currently underway and the vehicle is being used by the accused himself. Apart from this, the accused also kept the mobile phone of the girl with him. The accused had also slapped the girl twice in the past on suspicion that the victim was getting a call from another person. Fed up with harassment, quit job, complained to police Fed up with the constant physical-mental torture and harassment of the accused, the girl finally quit working there. He did not tell the family about it for a long time for fear of defamation. However, even after leaving the job, Mohammed Parvez used to force her to have sex by calling and texting her repeatedly. The victim narrated the entire ordeal to her mother as the mental torture became unbearable. The police took legal action The family has lodged a legal complaint against the accused, Mohammed Parvez Lalbabu Alam, at Navsari Town police station. Police have registered a case and are taking further legal action.
