Bollywood singer Neha Kakkar has denied that the singing reality shows are scripted and 'fake'. During this time, she also indirectly targeted Sunidhi Chauhan. During a recent interaction with the media, Neha Kakkar was asked about the scripted nature of reality shows and the TRP declining. He further said, "This show is not scripted at all. People's lives are not scripted at all. Of course, we Indians mostly all come from a common background. I myself come from a simple background and if I get emotional after listening to someone's story, I feel emotions, then of course, it is natural to feel emotions." He said, "We all don't know which small towns we come from, and how many difficulties we have overcome. So of course, all those contestants will not suddenly come up with a new story. What is true is what is true, and that's what we saw." Now many things are 'doctored' and 'corrected' - Sunidhi claimed that many things that are shown on TV now are 'doctored' and 'corrected'. Explaining the reason for this, she said that the makers do not want any bad singer to appear in their show. That is why often the performance of the contestant is presented in such a way that it looks better on TV. Giving an example, she said that many times the judges praise a contestant very much. They stand up for it and say that they have never heard a better performance than this. However, in the very next episode, the same contestant is eliminated. According to Sunidhi, this also surprises the viewers. She does not understand why the contestant for whom the judge praised her so much, was eliminated. Sunidhi said that such things started bothering her. So she gradually stopped being a part of the reality show. Later, she worked in the Indian version of 'The Voice'. She said that some conditions were already fixed with this show and the makers accepted it. According to Sunidhi, she was happy that the judges and viewers in 'The Voice' were listening to what the contestant actually sang. She said that she does not like this kind of 'cheating' with the viewers. In the podcast, Sunidhi was also asked what surprised her the most in the reality show. On this, she said that the biggest problem was when she was asked to say good things to a particular contestant in the show. Sunidhi said that she could not do this. According to her, it is not only her performance but also other benefits that are seen behind pushing some contestants. She said that the show or other projects can be done later with the contestant who wins the show because the audience who watches her win is connected to her. In such a situation, the producers feel that the contestant can attract viewers in the future as well. Sunidhi said that for the same reason, often the benefits after the completion of the reality show can also play an important role in selecting the contestant.
