Vadodara: After the Chhani TP 13 area of Vadodara, there is anger over the demand of the Ashantadhara in the Tarsali area, the allegation of selling a house to a foreigner in Sudarshan Park has escalated a controversy. Locals took to the streets and made a representation to the Collector. There is a demand to include the entire Tarsali area in the unrest clause
Let us tell you that there are a total of 26 houses in Sudarshan Park Society and the locals claim that one of the houses has been sold to a non-religionist. The locals today protested with the allegation that the documents of the house were also registered with the sub-registrar.

Locals staged a protest under the banner of Sangharsh Samiti in Tarsali area of Vadodara. Locals say that rules are being violated despite the implementation of the Disturbance Act in areas including Tarsali, Nutan Park and Vishalnagar. The house has been sold even though the house could not be sold to a person of another religion in 500 metres radiation. The house worth Rs 65 lakh was sold to a non-religious person for Rs 1.11 crore, while the house was allegedly sold at a price higher than the jantri of the house
In this whole matter, the residents of the society have demanded that the transfer of the property, conduct a survey and investigation and take action against those responsible. Locals have taken to the streets in the Tarsali area of Vadodara alleging violation of the Disturbance Act. Sudarshan Park Society has protested against the sale of the house to a non-believer. Questions have been raised as to whether the necessary permissions were taken before transferring the property.
It is necessary to take permission as per the rules before transferring the property in the Ashantdhara area. The entire matter should be investigated and a proper decision should be taken and till then the transfer of the property should be stopped. However, the details of the document have also come out. Locals further allege that if the rules are not followed in such cases, the peace and law and order situation in the area may be affected in the future. There has been a demand to include the entire Tarsali area in the Ashantadhara. A representation has also been made to the Collector with the signatures of about 40 residents of the society. All eyes are on what action is taken after the investigation by the administration in the whole matter
