
Ahmedabad: As incidents of black marketing of tickets for the final match of the T20 World Cup to be held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday (March 8, 2026) are coming to light, the police in Ahmedabad's Sabarmati area caught a youth who was selling tickets at high prices on the basis of a tip-off during patrolling.

During patrolling in Ahmedabad's Sabarmati area today (March 7), the police received information that a man was buying tickets for the final match of the T20 World Cup for Rs 2,000 from an online platform near Meldi Pan Parlour near Acher crossroads and selling them at Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000 with the intention of black-marketing.
