Vadodara: The Vadodara Traders Consumers Cooperative Society, which distributes textbooks to booksellers in the city, has levelled serious allegations against the new academic year starting from July 8 and when parents and students are flocking to shop on Saturday and Sunday.
The society said that despite the education department not sending a circular, a number of private schools in the city are selling books and stationery from there.
