'Mission Shakti - All Girls Friendship Peak Campaign' successfully completed: Girls including Nisha Kumari from Vadodara hoisted the victory flag on a 17,350-feet high peak in Himachal Pradesh's Mountain Range

'Mission Shakti – All Girls Friendship Peak Expedition 2026' conducted under the leadership of Everester Nisha Kumari, Founder of Everester and Skill Foundation, Vadodara has been successfully completed. Girls from different states of the country have set a unique example of courage, confidence, discipline and teamwork by successfully climbing the 17,350-foot Friendship Peak in the Pir Panjal mountain range of Himachal Pradesh. During the expedition, the team displayed indomitable courage and determination overcoming challenges such as snow-clad roads, constantly changing weather, low oxygen supply and arduous climbing. 'Mission Shakti' is a special campaign of Everester Nisha Kumari, with the prime objective to inspire young girls across the country towards adventurous activities, fitness, leadership and responsibility towards the environment. Everester Nisha Kumari joined the expedition as the team leader. He was accompanied by summiters Aarti Lakhhotra and Prachi Agarwal along with Prachi Jaisingh, Avani Bhatt, Bansi Patel, Dhvani Balani, Vishwa Kaneria, Vishwa Kakadia, Divya Rathwa, Ramya Chiluvari and Sneha Chak. In the most significant achievement of the expedition was the successful completion of the Friendship Peak Summit with Everester Nisha Kumari, a proud moment for 'Mission Shakti'. During the campaign, the team tried to spread public awareness across the country by conveying messages such as "Change Before Climate Change", "Fit India, Green India", "Courage through Women Empowerment" as well as "Fitness and Environment Awareness". Speaking on the occasion, Everester Nisha Kumari said, "Mission Shakti is not just a mountaineering journey but an attempt to instil confidence, leadership, discipline and responsibility towards nature among young girls. We want every daughter of the country to give new heights to her dreams and contribute in building a healthy and green India", the Prime Minister said. 'Mission Shakti - All Girls Friendship Peak campaign 2026' has proved to be an inspiring initiative for girl child empowerment, fitness and climate action, which will inspire many girls across the country to dream big and make them come true.
