Considering all the pros and cons of the inspection report of the old bridge, the need for vehicles from the six-lane National Highway to the new ring road under construction, and the movement of vehicles according to the 45.00 meter wide right of way in front of the same road, stability in case of maintaining the old bridge, it was decided to construct a new over bridge after the diversion.
