Incidents of vehicle theft from Gandhidham Adipur are constantly coming to the fore. A complaint was lodged yesterday alleging that a four-wheeler parked on an open plot in Adipur was stolen by some thieves and a two-wheeler parked near a restaurant on Tagore Road. Manohar Singh Ayardan Chaudhary lodged a complaint against unidentified thief Isam at Adipur police station and said that in the intervening night of 4/7, he had parked his Rajasthan Passing car worth Rs 30 lakh in 3B of Adipur. Who was not seen at the spot the next day on the morning of 5/7. Police have registered a case of vehicle theft against unidentified persons and are investigating. The second incident was registered at the A division police station in Gandhidham. The complainant, Jayantbhai Tulsidas Daiya, lodged a complaint against unidentified persons, saying that on the morning of 25/6, his daughter was going out with her friends and parked it in front of Chamunda Restaurant on Tagore Road. A complaint of vehicle theft worth Rs 20,000 was registered when the vehicle was not seen at the spot.
