Sonu Sood lashes out at administration over Jabalpur cruise tragedy, asks for strict enforcement of law
Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has questioned the responsibility of the system after the cruise accident at Bargi Dam in Madhya Pradesh's Jabalpur on Thursday evening. Sonu Sood wrote on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), "Some time ago, I tweeted about the Bihar boat tragedy and said that life jackets should be mandatory for every passenger. Then there was an accident in Vrindavan. And now in Madhya Pradesh too, people lost their lives in the same way. How long after all? Now the time has come to enforce it strictly: no boat should run unless every passenger is wearing a life jacket. "Also, there should be a government portal, where every journey is uploaded with the time that all the passengers are wearing life jackets. Only strict rules and accountability can save lives.
