Vadodara: As the Baroda Dairy Board is declaring its directors unopposed without the mandate of the BJP and the election process is underway with the orders of the High Court, the state registrar has issued a notice to the president and vice-president of the dairy to appear before it on May 13 as to why they should not be disqualified for the lapses in the audit report.
The incumbent directors of Baroda Dairy had also submitted a proposal to give a mandate for the upcoming elections to be held on March 18. While the legislators gave a sense of smell in Gandhinagar.
