As many as 215 girls were vaccinated against cervical cancer by the Desai Samaj Seva Trust at Gopalak High School in Patan. A large number of daughters of the society between the ages of 9 and 45 were present. Baldevdas Bapu of Chavelidham announced as a full donor for the next second dose. A total of 215 girls were vaccinated against cervical cancer at Gopalak High School in Patan under the chairmanship of former panchayat minister Ranchhodbhai Desai. Ranchhodbhai Desai, who was present on the occasion, said that the number of diseases has increased in recent times. Due to the use of pesticides in vegetables and fruits, new diseases are also occurring at a young age. This service initiative of the society will reduce the incidence of cancer among daughters. Prominent donors including retired DySP Waghjibhai Desai and other donors, Mahant Jairamgiri Bapu of Valinath Dham, Kanjijaka of Balisana Dham, Mahant of Vagdod Dham, Maganbhai Rabari, administrator of Dwarkesh Hostel and other social and political leaders were present on the occasion.
