The exam for any one subject was to be held every Saturday. After taking the exam, his marks were to be uploaded in the online app. If a student's performance was weak, then his appearance was to be improved and the marks were to be uploaded by taking the exam again. All this had to be done within a certain time frame. So most of the time of the teachers was spent in taking exams and checking the answer sheets. Also, since the mark was to be uploaded, it was also time to enter his computer. In addition to this examination, the examination to be taken in six months was to be taken. Due to which the education department received a representation that the work load was increasing. The committee was formed to ease this workload.
