Vadodara News: "We will keep an eye on the garba ground for the safety of mothers and sisters", Bajrang Dal submits to the police system

Ahead of the Navratri festival in Vadodara city, the Bajrang Dal has raised the tone of protest with the demand for a non-religious-free Navratri. Bajrang Dal office-bearers and a large number of activists gathered and sent an official memorandum to the Vadodara Police Commissioner. In the petition, he demanded strict orders by the organisers and the police administration not to allow non-believers to enter the garba ground.

"Trapping Mothers and Sisters"

While making a presentation to the police commissioner, the Bajrang Dal leaders made a serious allegation that during the ancient and modern Garba festival, pagans enter the Garba ground and trap Hindu mothers and sisters. In order to prevent such activities, the organisers and the police administration at all the garba venues have demanded that entry into the garba ground should be done only after strict verification of Aadhaar cards or identity cards.

"Workers will keep an eye on us, if they are seen heretics, we will respond in our style"

The Bajrang Dal clearly stated that during the Navratri festival, its workers will keep a constant watch on all the small and big garba grounds in the city. If any heretic is found on the Garba ground during the investigation, the Bajrang Dal will give a befitting reply in its own style. At the same time, he requested the police administration to make a tight security arrangement in collaboration with the organisers so that no untoward incident takes place.
