On the basis of these threats, the woman was taken to his home, Comfort Inn Hotel in Harni, hotels in Ajwa Road Nimeta area and various other places between 2024 and March 2026 and forcibly had sexual relations with her. Threatening to make the video viral, forcibly having sex The accused, Ashok Ojha, also took the woman to hotels in Vaishno Devi and places including Mumbai and continued to physically abuse her by threatening to make the video viral. In the first week of March 2026, the accused came to the woman's house and threatened to make the video viral again and forcibly had physical relations with her. In 2026, Ashok Ojha's son Anand Ashokbhai Ojha went to the victim's house and threatened to make the video viral. Complaint against Ashok Ojha's wife and daughter Motiben Ashokbhai Ojha, wife of the accused, informed the accused Ashok Ojha's wife about the incident, who also quarrelled with the victim and threatened to throw her out of the house. The accused's daughter Khushi Ashokbhai Ojha also called the woman repeatedly and forced her to talk to her father. At the same time, money was also demanded from the woman from time to time. On the basis of the complaint, the Kapurai police registered a case against four accused, including Ashok Ojha, and further investigation is underway and Ashok Ojha has been arrested. AAP president files petition with police commissioner against woman On the other hand, Vadodara AAP president Ashok Ojha has filed a written petition against the woman with the police commissioner and Kapurai police station levelling serious allegations. According to the petition, the AAP president had earlier rented out his house to the woman and her child on humanitarian grounds and provided them financial-educational assistance. Later, the woman refused to vacate the house and demanded an illegal ransom of Rs 20 lakh in return for vacating it. 'Threatens to implicate me in false cases of sexual harassment' The AAP president alleged that the woman and her family had already received a lot of money piece by piece. Now, in order to extort more money, women are threatening to be implicated in false cases of women's safety and sexual harassment, blackmail and defame in the society. The police are conducting a legal probe into the matter.
