Navratri 2025: The holy festival of Shardiya Navratri is underway. This festival is dedicated to the nine forms of Goddess Durga. It is said that performing ritual worship of the Goddess during this time resolves every problem of life. Navratri begins with Ghatasthapana or Kalash Sthapana on Pratipada Tithi. On this day, the Goddess is invoked by installing a Kalash. Barley is sown near Bajoth and an unbroken flame is lit with it.
