A man allegedly stormed a church in Amreli district with a sword and flammable liquid. He threatened occupants and then set church furniture ablaze using a matchstick. The fire damaged several items, with estimated losses around fifty thousand rupees. Police arrested Uday Khuman and produced him before a local court. Khuman was remanded to judicial custody after his alleged confession.
