Big ruckus in Gandhinagar's Shukan Eye Society: PG boys and girls take up the society over the rules, tenants will be booked for violating the notification

A scuffle broke out between the young men and women living in the paying guest and the house owners of the society at the Shukan Eye Society in Kudasan, near Reliance Circle in Gandhinagar, last night. In this case, the chairman of the society, Varshaben, has made a serious allegation against the young men and women living in the PG and beating up the members of the society. Some flat owners have rented out their houses to tenants and PGs/hostels by ignoring the rules of the society. For the past few years, the atmosphere has deteriorated as young men and women have been coming and going in the society till late at night. The general meeting of the society was held two months ago to control this growing problem in the society. The meeting was attended by all members and residents. It has been decided to vacate the houses of the people living in the PG In our society, there is a yearly meeting, when all the landlords of the society come together and a resolution is passed. In that resolution, we decided that boys and girls should not be given PG to anyone. In the general meeting, it was unanimously decided that all tenants, as well as young men and women living in PGs, should vacate the premises by December 7. A copy of the decision was also provided. A crowd of young men and women clashed together Many genuine people are yet to vacate their homes despite the expiry of the term. Last night, the members of the society questioned the girls living in H Block about when they would vacate the house. Following this interrogation, the girls got quite agitated and started arguing. According to the chairman's alleged allegation, the girls became drunk and unruly. The girls had called other PG youths living in the society. After that, a group of young men and women got together and clashed with each other. As a result, the situation became more serious. In a fit of rage, one aunt was killed, two others were hit in the leg and one aunt was injured in the hand. Two women from the society also sustained injuries in the scuffle and had to be taken to the hospital. Action will be taken against the offender if the breach of the rent agreement is found Chairman Varshaben says that we have had to take this step due to the non-implementation of the rules and there is so much turmoil. The uproar in the society forced the police to be called immediately. Later in the night, an application was also submitted to the police in this whole matter. In this regard, Infocity Police Station PI VR Kher said that a complaint has been received that young men and women have been involved in the society. If the society investigates the matter and finds that the rent agreement has been violated, then a violation of the notification will be registered against all the defaulters.
