The Surendranagar Local Crime Branch (LCB) has solved the mystery of the temple theft that took place in Dhoklwa village under Anandpur police station area. The police have nabbed two accused with a total of Rs 1,79,000 in cash, including stolen silver ornaments and other valuables. Surendranagar district superintendent of police Premsukh Delu (IPS) instructed the LCB police inspector to maintain law and order in the district, prevent property-related crimes and solve undetected crimes of burglary, vehicle and temple theft. On the basis of this instruction, LCB Police Inspector, Police Sub Inspector J.Y. Pathan and I/C police sub-inspector N.A. Pathan of the parole furlough squad. Raima formed different teams. On the basis of specific intelligence, the LCB team nabbed two Isms involved in the theft. The police have seized stolen silver ornaments, an Alto car and a mobile phone worth Rs 1,79,000 from the accused. The seized items include five silver handkerchiefs worth Rs 69,000, an Alto car worth Rs 1,00,000 and a mobile phone worth Rs 10,000. The arrested accused have been identified as Navghanbhai Haribhai Dabhi, a resident of Sardhar, Suki Sajaliyali Road, and a woman. The police have taken legal action and handed over the accused to Anandpur police station for further investigation. In this operation, under the guidance of the Police Inspector of LCB Surendranagar, PSI J.Y. Pathan, I/C PSI N.A. Raima, Head Constable Devrajbhai Jograjia, Constable Vajabhai Sania, Girirajsinh Jadeja and Mehulbhai Makwana played an important role.
