Jaldeep, who had gone to play in the colony that evening, never returned: a 7-year-old innocent child was murdered, the woman's trunk exploded when she was seen by the neighbor.

There is a saying in Gujarati that the first is a neighbor, but there was an incident in Dhoraji of Rajkot district, about which one may lose faith in this proverb. In today's episode of Gujarat Crime Files, read 29 years ago, that is, the case of the most murder of a 7-year-old child in the year 1996. The brutal murder was committed by a 29-year-old woman to the extent that even the hands of a man with a stone heart could be heckled. Bhadar Colony is located on the station road of Dhoraji. The government has set up quarters here for employees associated with the Bhadar irrigation scheme. Employees living with the family go to work during the day and return in the evening, if someone has a night shift, then it is different. Many families here were living their lives happily. One such family is Quarter No. Girdharbhai Kothia's family living in 5-A. Girdharbhai and his wife Samjuben had a son named Jaldeep. Like other parents, Girdharbhai and Samjuben also loved their son Jaldeep very much. Quickly, smart in studies, the nature of coming forward and participating in any school activity, does not even return to sports. After coming home from school, he goes out to play in the colony in the evening. Children from other families living in the colony also played together in the evening. Gradually, they all became friends with each other. Everyone knows what the friendship of the children is like, there is a fight while playing and in the next minute, as if nothing has happened, they start playing together again. The days had passed, but one day Kothia came as a shock to the family. Date: August 5, 1996 Time: It was still the first day of the week around 6 p.m. Jaldeep had gone to school on Monday after enjoying a Sunday holiday the previous day. After coming back from school, mother said to Samjuben, 'Mummy, I am going to the colony to play. The mother lovingly turned her hand over his head and said yes, go, but come back soon in the evening, you are yet to do the homework given to you from school. 'Yes,' replied Jaldeep, and clung to his mother. He then went to the colony to play with his friends. Towards this, his mother got involved in household chores. It must have been 2 hours. It was already 8 p.m. It occurred to Samjuben that Jaldeep had told him to come home early but why he had not come yet. So he went looking for Jaldeep. After reaching the colony, samjuben soon... That's quick. . . . There was no answer even though they shouted. He asked the children who were playing with Jaldeep every day where was Jaldeep. Was he playing with you? The children replied no, Jaldeep is not with us. Samjuben was shocked by the children's reply. Jaldeep had left home saying to play with friends and if not here, then where did he go? With a worried face, Samjuben glanced around the entire colony. Suspecting that he had reached a neighbour's house while playing jaldeep, he went to the house of the people living in the vicinity and saw it, but they only got disappointed. As the scope of the search for jaldeep increased, so did the anxiety. In the meantime, his father Girdharbhai had also come home after completing his job. He came to know about this and he himself started searching for Jaldeep. The news of Jaldeep's disappearance spread to the entire colony. Other family members living in the colony also started searching for Jaldeep. Hours passed, but there was no trace of Jaldeep. The only question on everyone's mind was where did Jaldeep go? Aruna alias Anita, 29, who lives in quarter number 6-A next to Jaldeep's house, also started searching. Anita's husband Rajeshbhai Devmurari Dhoraji was working as a junior clerk in the Department of Modernization. Anita and Rajesh were survived by a son and a daughter. Anita was next to Jaldeep's house, so Anita's children became friends of Jaldeep and went to play together. Anita's husband Rajeshbhai left the office in the evening and went to a shop called Ganga TV to get an antenna. At that time, there was no internet and DTH facility like today. Aluminum antennas had to be installed in the front of the house or on the outside. The signal from which tv could be seen. Rajeshbhai, who was returning home with an antenna, was standing in a paan shop to eat paan masala in the middle. They then left for home at around 8.45 pm. On the way, he came to know that Girdharbhai's son Jaldeep, who lived nearby, had gone missing and there was no trace of him. Rajeshbhai, who reached the gate of the colony, decided to go in search of Jaldeep. He had an antenna in his hand, so he went home to put the antenna. As soon as Rajeshbhai reached his house, he started having a strange smell. It was to be revealed later what this vas was. On the other hand, there was no information about Jaldeep. Three hours had passed since the search for Jaldeep, which started at 8 pm. The night's cooking made by his mother, Samjuben, lay in the house. How can parents eat when there is no trace of love? As the clock ticked, the anxiety of Jaldeep's parents grew. There was some kind of uneasiness in the entire colony. At around 12 o'clock in the night, Kanjibhai Koyani met Jaldeep's father Girdharbhai. Kanjibhai used to live near Jaldeep's house and perform duties with his father. Kanjibhai had planted flowering plants behind his quarters. There was a sound coming from there around twelve o'clock in the night, so Kanjibhai felt that no animal had come, right? If there is an animal, it will damage the plant. So Kanjibhai turned the lights on to see it and went to the back of the house. The scene that Kanjibhai saw was one that created a ruckus. Aruna alias Anita, who lives on the top floor, was throwing the body of a child down from the window. Seeing Kanjibhai, Aruna was completely stunned and threw the body and closed the window and went to her house. After this, Kanjibhai immediately met Jaldeep's father and on hearing what he said, his senses were blown away, the mind was not ready to believe. On hearing Kanjibhai's words, Girdharbhai became almost unconscious, but in the next moment he took care of himself and recovered. Soon, both Kanjibhai and Girdharbhai came down. We went to the back of the quarter where there was about nine feet of space. When I went and saw that Jaldeep's body was lying. There were several injury marks on his unconscious body. There were deep wounds on the head and mouth. The wounds were so bruised that there were potholes in his head. The lower part of the eye was also injured and the flesh clot had come out. There was a cut in the part between the forehead and the two nails. Blood was oozing out of the nose, the left ear and upper lip were completely torn, the face was pierced. Both shoulders were sprained. Seeing the body of his son lying in such a condition, Girdharbhai broke down. He started crying. Hearing his crying, people around him also came there. All of them pacified Girdharbhai and informed the police. A police team immediately rushed to the spot. Where there was a gutter adjacent to the wall on the east side. There were blood stains lying in a two-foot circumference on the gutter and Jaldeep's body was lying. The police team met Girdharbhai. He told the police everything. Kanjibhai also informed the police of what he had seen. The police then reached Aruna's house and picked her up. Now one thing was certain that Aruna had thrown the body of Jaldeep, so Aruna must have had a hand in the murder of Jaldeep. But why should Aruna kill 7-year-old Masoom? What enmity did he have with Jaldeep? Aruna herself was looking for Jaldeep, so would she have pretended to find out? If Aruna was the one who killed Jaldeep, how did he? What happened when Aruna's husband Rajeshbhai went to his house to put up an antenna? These are questions that were to be revealed in the police investigation.
