Bjp leaders called and stopped the process of sealing the shop in connection with the demolition by a BJP Yuva Morcha worker, the owner of Shriji Chaiwale near Naranpura ShastriNagar in Ahmedabad. The municipal corporation team was dispatched with a guarantee on the stamp paper to build a new toilet and pay a fine of only rs 50,000. However, the BJP worker did not give a text to the AMC that the municipal corporation would build a new toilet on stamp paper. Bjp leaders stopped sealing the shop saying that they would give the text, but the worker is so arrogant that even after 24 hours, he did not give the text by contacting the corporation official. No written guarantee even after 24 hours: Rajan Parmar
Amrutesh Aurangabadkar, deputy municipal commissioner of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, said in a conversation with Divya Bhaskar, "I am investigating the matter. There is definitely a guarantee to be taken from him in writing. Today it was a matter of starting the work, but I will get the matter investigated once. Rajan Parmar, deputy director of the solid waste management department of the west zone, said that even after 24 hours so far, no written guarantee has been given yet. MLA refuses to give evidence, says he has come
BJP MLA from Naranpura assembly Jitu Patel told Divya Bhaskar that the assurance has come in writing. Why should Poojan Parekh, the owner of Chaiwale, give you proof of guarantee in writing about this. The evidence has to show a little. I have seen the guarantee in this writing. The deputy director of west zone has been asked about this but the answer has been given to ask the lower officer. On the one hand, the deputy director said that he has not yet given a written assurance. On the other hand, the MLA says that there is a guarantee in writing and the work will also start in a week. BJP leaders take to the field to save those who vandalised government property
BJP leaders and some officials have also taken to the field to save the BJP Yuva Morcha worker. The government property of the municipal corporation has been demolished by Pujan Parekh, who has very good relations with leaders in Naranpura and Ghatlodia assembly segments. Toilets are built at many places in the city but BJP workers have demolished the toilets. Only posters were pasted by the Congress in the standing committee room at Danapith, the main office of the municipal corporation. A complaint was lodged at Karanj police station against the mob, including opposition leaders and corporators, in connection with the incident. If there is a police complaint in putting up a common poster, then the government property has been completely demolished, then why not file a complaint by the municipal corporation against Poojan Parekh? Solid waste management department stopped sealing
Local BJP leaders called up Poojan Parekh's shop named Shriji Chaiwale to seal it and asked him to come to the office in the afternoon and give a written assurance that a fine of Rs 50,000 would be charged from him in writing, so that the team left the solid waste management department of the west zone. The BJP worker was so arrogant that he came to the office in the evening and asked him to give a guarantee, but he did not come. Even after the entire day was over, the guarantee was not given and the seal was not allowed. No action even after 24 hours
Bjp MLAs and corporators said in defence that the shop owner, who is a leader of the Yuva Morcha, has asked him to take a guarantee to build a new toilet from him in writing, asking him to build a new toilet at his own expense. So instead of taking action to seal, a fine has been taken. The property owned by the municipal corporation has been demolished and damaged, yet the corporation officials have been allowed to carry only the usual fine due to pressure from BJP leaders. Even after 24 hours have passed, the BJP leaders are protecting the worker by not giving a guarantee in writing and only by paying the fine, the toilet is being demolished. The corporation was not even informed
There is a shop named Shriji Chaiwale in ShastriNagar area of the city. Outside which was the municipal corporation's years-old toilet. The toilet was demolished two days ago by the owner of Chaiwale's shop. The toilet was running in front of the shop for years and the owner of Chaiwale is now working to renovate the shop by increasing it to a large one. Then they broke this toilet. The toilet was demolished without any knowledge of the municipal corporation due to the announcement of the ear and the toilet ahead of it. According to sources, the owner of the shop named Shastrinagar Shriji Chaiwale is Yuva Morcha activist Pujan Parekh. He has a close relationship with BJP leaders who hold positions in the state and the city and have been on the BJP's youth wing. There have been several complaints in the past about a large number of vehicles outside the Chaiwale shop and some food stalls being set up in the space on the footpath outside. They also informed the local corporators and the MLA after the toilet was demolished. The estate department did not take action despite several complaints from the city.
Sardar Patel Nagar of Gujarat Housing Board is located in Shastrinagar area. There are around 25 to 30 shops selling food and drinking outside Sardar Patel Nagar. Parking of lorries and vehicles outside shops leads to traffic problems. Several complaints in this regard were made to the municipal corporation and the traffic department in the past as well. There were complaints and complaints were also being received that rent was being collected to allow breakfast lorries to stand on the footpath site itself. The estate department of the municipal corporation has received several complaints in the matter but no action has been taken by them. If garbage is dumped on the road by a common man or if there is garbage outside the shop, then its photos are taken and sealed. Fines are also charged from the shopkeeper, but shastrinagar chaiwal being a shop owned by a BJP worker, has been charged only a simple fine by promising to pay the fine and build a new toilet without being sealed under pressure from BJP leaders. If other shopkeepers who violate the rule in this way are ready to pay the fine immediately, then there is a question about whether they will be sealed.
