The Eco car going towards Navsari from Vyara met with an accident near Jai Murlidhar Hotel near Borkhadi Patiya. The driver lost control of the steering when the tyre of the car burst. During this time, the car collided with the rear of the truck parked on the side of the highway. The accident was so severe that the driver of the car got stuck in the vehicle. A team of Vyara fire brigade and a medical team rushed to the spot immediately after the incident was reported. A fire brigade team cut open the door of the car and pulled out the trapped driver. A total of two persons were in the car. Fortunately both the passengers were not seriously injured. However, as part of safety, the driver was shifted to civil hospital for treatment. There was no loss of life in the accident.
