Noorani will remain in police custody till August 12
After the complaint of the actress, the Malvani police have arrested Noorani. The case has been registered under sections 64(2)(m), 123, 351(2) and 88 of the Indian Judicial Code (BNS). After his arrest, Shakeel Noorani was produced in the Borivali Holiday Court by the Malwani police on August 8, where he has been remanded in police custody till August 12.
