Vadodara: The Vadodara police have registered a case against the builders of Shiv Darshan Society in Ankhol near Vadodara for cheating the residents of 73 houses. Details have come out that the occupancy certificate of the society was not taken and the residents had taken advantage of the impact fee law by making bogus signatures.
Mitul Bhupendrabhai Patel, a resident of Shiv Darshan Society and president of the society, has lodged a complaint with the Manjusar police station against Nandi Developers' partners Nikunj Dhirajbhai Sapra and Bharat Shambhubhai Hirpara alleging that Nandi Developers had issued a scheme for 73 houses in the name of Shivdarshan Duplex in 2017-18.
