Vadodara: A fire broke out near a godown in Vadodara's Jambua area on Saturday night.
The blaze, which broke out in open grass, plastic and garbage near the Jambua Bridge, spread rapidly due to the strong winds and spread smoke in the surrounding areas.
Seeing the fierce nature of the fire, the fire brigade called in more firefighters and doused the fire by firing water cannons for two hours.
