Checking by the Food and Drugs Department: 65 samples including mango juice, paneer, samples of vegetables in 3 hotels were taken

The Surendranagar district food and drug department had conducted raids at different places in the district in April. In which food items including mangoes, ice cream, gulfi were checked for the summer season. A total of 65 samples, including 19 from a regular and 46 from a surveillance person, were sent to the laboratory for testing. Food inspector P.B. Savaliya. Samples of vegetables were also taken from 3 ghee, 3 mangoes, 1 ice cream, 1 paneer, 2 chocolates, 1 gulfi, 2 sherbet and 3 hotels. All these samples were sent to the laboratory for testing. Samples sent to laboratory for further testing In Surendranagar, the team took action and collected 65 different samples. Especially in the summer, mango juice, sherbet, kulfi, ice cream were checked to see if it was healthy for the health of the people. It was sent to the laboratory for further investigation.
