Rain Forecast: Heavy rains predicted in the state in the next three hours, people of this district will remain alert

Rain forecast in Gujarat: According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are likely in some parts of Gujarat in the next three hours from 7:00 am on September 7, < 2025>

Heavy rainfall forecast:
Baskantha, Tapi, Dang, Valsad, Daman and Dadra Nagar Haveli are likely to receive heavy rainfall. There may also be lightning strikes in these areas. Heavy rains may disrupt traffic, flood roads and create flood-like situation in low-lying area

Heal and light rain forecast:
Patan, Mehsana, Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Mahisagar, Panchmahal, Dahod, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, Kheda, Anand, Vadodara, Chhota Udepur, Bharuch, Narmada, Surat, Navsari, Kutch, Morbi, Surendranagar, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Botad, Amreli and Bhavnagar.   Light rain is expected in Devbhoomi Dwarka, Porbandar, Junagadh, Gir Somnath and Diu.   Wind speed is likely to be less than 40 kmph in these areas

Heavy rain in Ahmedabad

Undabad city and its adjoining areas have been receiving incessant rains since early Sunday morning, leading to waterlogging in many areas and affecting normal life

both east and west Ahmedabad. Satellite, S.G. Areas like Highway, Gota, Shivranjani, Nehrunagar, Maninagar, CTM Char Rasta and Danilimda have been receiving incessant rains. Due to zero visibility, motorists are facing problems and they have been forced to turn on the headlights of the vehicles
